I've photographed over 300 weddings over the last 10 years, mostly in East Anglia. And whilst I do love the whole wedding thing, from a photography point of view it's not the most creative thing to do. I photograph weddings in a documentary style so it's mostly a case of being in the right place at the right time to get a shot of what's happening.

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY is different.....

I Get To Be CREATIVE.

It's down to me to suggest a location that'll fit the clients' brief. (I do offer studio shoots of course too)

It's my suggestion as to what to wear.

It's me whole runs the show - depending on the weather and the light I'll select the exact place to shoot, I'll explain the "pose" (btw nothing catwalk or supermodel!) then decide on the best equipment to this photo.

Later back in the office I get to be more creative when editing the photos to give them the right "feel" for the clients' expectations.

I have a "stye" for my portrait photography that won't suit everyone!

I'm really not about cute, or pretty or traditional.

I'm more about edgy, moody and for me it's about revealing the real you through an image.
