An historic year that no one will ever forget!
And whilst I seemed to spend all my time working with couples to re-arrange their wedding dates I did get 12 Weddings to photograph in 2020. Here's their stories....
My 2020 Wedding Photography didn't kick off until February with Connie and Jason's wedding at Norwich Castle.
A wonderful Winter Wedding!
With bridesmaids and guests from USA and a London Transport Bus to get to the reception at Broome Hall Hotel it was a wonderful day - and at this point Covid was a problem only China had.
Little did I know....
I first felt unwell 5 days later with flu like symptoms - the next 12 days were like nothing I've ever suffered. Sweating and shivering, no appetite, zero energy, sleep 18 hours a day, no taste, short of breath. Wow this really was the worst "flu" (Covid) I'd ever had..... I spent the next 6 weeks getting my strength and 1.5 st. lost weight back. Lockdown began at the start of my recovery and Covid was really here.
Messages came in almost everyday postponing weddings, family, and boudoir shoots. Life became one of juggling dates, moving bookings and constantly keeping in touch with my couples and other bookings. Wedding photography bookings for 2021 came in as usual but often clashed with weddings now moved from 2020 - one weekend in June 2021 saw 4 wedding bookings for the same Saturday! I've managed to do 3 of these weddings now spread over 3 days. The hardwork and being very accomodating paid off with a further 11 weddings thoughout the rest of 2020. Whilst all were shortened versions of the original planned wedding at least they went ahead.

Thank you everyone who allowed me to be part of your wedding and your special day. During this most difficult year it's been a real priviledge to have spent time with you and captured so many wonderful moments that you'll remember through my photographs. I wish you all the very best for 2021.
And speaking of 2021 and my wedding photography I've made a few changes....
My main wedding photography packages have been reduced to 2 from 3 (but with a new Covid Focused Photography package added)
My top of the range - all inclusive - all day - everything I can give you package - The Excelsior - is £1645 (Incudes 6 albums, video, prints etc) and my "Grange" wedding photography package which gives around 6 hours coverage and incudes an album, enlargements, and video is £945 Added as a result of Covid is my "Essentials" package which willl suit those with smaller, shorter weddings and is just £295 All the details are HERE and I do still have a few dates available so do get in touch to check if I'm free on your date.
