I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHING PEOPLE
Over the 10+ years I've been a wedding photographer I've photographed thousands of people.
Happy, laughing, crying and everything inbetween.
I've also been able to work with many people creating portraits, couple photos, styled/created photos and families in every setting you could imagine.
Us humans are so complex; we're all so different and yet 99% of the time life forces us to fit into a particular box.
I offer my clients a chance, for a few hours to be the real person they are. To forget their job, the kids, the pressure to conform and just be YOU!
Portrait Photography Styles
PEOPLE - Pure and Simple
In a studio, outdoors, during the day or at night.
Whilst I'm happy to do anything for my portrait clients I like to go beyond the "normal"
Portrait photography for me means cqpturing the essence, the soul of a person. Who are they, what's their story.
As humans we're so complicated it's sometimes good to ask the question, "Who Am I?"
We'll work together to capture this person in a moment in time.
COUPLES - in love, having fun or creating something artistic
Whether it's a new romance, an anniversary or maybe just a chance to finally capture you as a couple.
The options are endless regarding the location, time of day, style, and the "look and feel" of what you want.
From a moody shoot at dawn on a misty morning to a fun beach shoot.
As with all my shoots I'm happy to work with you to create exactly what you want and also give my input if needed
STYLED Photoshoot
Fancy yourself as a fashion model? Want that shot you never got at your wedding? Maybe you've seen something and it's inspired you to think, "I'd love a photo like that"
Often times I do shoots like this as Instagram profiles or images for a business or website.
Nothing is impossible!
You give me the ideas and I'll do the legwork to make it happen!
FAMILIES and CHILDREN
Some of my most memorable photoshoots have been with families.
Familiy reunions with relations back from all over the globe.
Significant birthdays and anniversaries.
Or just capturing the short time when your children are still children - it's brief and over so quickly.
I usually also include portraits of the children and you as a couple and as individuals too.
Everything in one shoot.

My Portrait Photography Services
It's Simple....
I'll work with you create exactly the photoshoot you want - that maybe a simple headshot at my studio in Ipswich, maybe come along to an event to capture you being who YOU really are, or a "created" shoot with a white horse and a lovely sunny summers day.
WHATEVER YOU WANT
* We'll agree the duration of the shoot and any additional costs (possibly a makeup artist, maybe hire of horse or motorcycle, use of studio, etc)
* After the shoot I select 30 photos per hour of the shoot and edit these to produce an image worthy of a magazine photo. (lighting, colour, crop, sharpening, removal of distractions, enhancement of all faces and much more)
* The photos are uploaded to an online gallery with a watermark
* You can select whatever photos you wish to have the watermark removed (note I still have a small "logo" in the bottom lefthand corner) at a cost of £25 per image. These images are shareable and downloadable and you have rights to print and share as you please*
Thirty Watermarked Photos in a One Hour Shoot £100
Sixty Watermarked Photos in a Two Hour Shoot £200
Eighty Watermarked Photos in a Four Hour Shoot £300
Additionally.
A huge variety of professional quality prints available - framed photos in any size with a choice of frames - Foamboard prints up to A1 size - Acrylic prints - Canvases - and more.
